What are my shipping options?

We currently offer one option for domestic U.S. customers (Standard) and one option for international customers. Expedited domestic U.S. shipping is temporarily suspended due to ongoing operational impacts with our carrier (January 2022). We are currently offering free standard, domestic shipping for all orders over $150. Do you offer international shipping?

We offer standard international shipping on all orders, and the duty/tax is included in the shipment cost visible to you at checkout.Visit theShipping & Returnspage for more details.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept PayPal, all major debit/credit cards, and Klarna.

When will I be charged for my order?

You are billed at checkout via your chosen payment method, unless otherwise noted. For Domestic US orders, all taxes, duties, shipping, and other fees will be calculated and collected at checkout; no other fees will be collected after checkout.

For all international orders, only the price of the product(s) and shipping fee are collected for at checkout. Any additional duties, taxes, VAT, or other fees may be collected by your local customs office and/or carrier after you pay at checkout and before the order is delivered to your address.  

How do I care for my purchased product?

Do you have a sizing guide?

Because we believe in challenging the status quo, we don’t adhere to standard sizing of men's and women's clothing. We believe that every human is unique, and that you should feel free to select your size based on your unique style and fit preference, regardless of gender.
