How do I know that my order has been shipped?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours excluding US Holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a generated email from us with your tracking number. Once your product shows as shipped, the tracking link will have the most updated information. re—inc is not responsible for delays or issues once product leaves our warehouse.
What are my shipping options?
Currently we offer three options for domestic US customers (Standard, Expedited and 2-Day) and one option for International customers.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer standard international shipping on all orders but please be aware, for all international orders, there may be an additional importer tax charged by certain countries when the order is shipped through customs. The duties may be collected upon delivery, but if you are not home they will hold your shipment for pick-up at your local postal office. Re—Inc is not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed in shipment or in customs. We cannot refund these items and suggest you file a claim with the transportation provider. *At this time we do not ship to foreign US military bases, diplomatic addresses, or those designated as PO, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
How do I care for my purchased product?

Do you have a sizing guide?
Because we challenge the status quo, we don’t adhere to standard sizing of men's and women's clothing. We believe that every human is unique and you can select your size based on your unique style, fit preference—regardless of gender. Available sizing guides are listed on the individual product pages under the sizing tab.
Can I return my order?
We gladly accept returns for all full-priced items purchased online for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Sale items, gift cards, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. At this time we do not accept returns on international purchases due to import taxes and tariffs. To initiate a return, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and we will provide a return label between 2-3 days.
