How do I know that my order has been shipped?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours excluding U.S. holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your product shows as shipped, the tracking link will have the most updated information. re—inc is not responsible for delays or issues once product leaves our warehouse.

What are my shipping options?

We offer two options for domestic U.S. customers (Standard and Expedited) and one option for international customers. 

We are currently offering free standard, domestic shipping for all orders over $150.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer standard international shipping on all orders, but please be aware that for all international orders, there may be an additional import tax charged by certain countries when the order is shipped through customs that you will be responsible for.

These fees and duties are NOT included in the order price and may be collected upon delivery, but if you are not home they will hold your shipment for pickup at your local postal office. re—inc is not responsible for these fees or for orders that are lost or delayed in shipment or in customs. We cannot refund these items and suggest you file a claim with the transportation provider. 


We gladly accept returns for most full-priced items purchased online for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please visit

Final sale

Sale items, intimates (such as socks), gift cards, paper products (such as posters), and one-of-a-kind pieces (such as artwork) are final sale and cannot be returned. Final sale is listed on the product details page for all final sales products.
