Shipping

Our shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order and on the service level you choose. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.

Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

Standard shipping:
Ships within 5 days, arriving 6 business days after the order was placed.

Expedited shipping:
Ships within 2 days, arriving 3 business days after the order was placed.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for all full-priced items purchased online for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Sale items, gift cards, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. At this time we do not accept returns on international purchases due to import taxes and tariffs. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@re-email.com.​

Refunds and exchanges will be processed 3-5 business days after your order has been marked as delivered.

Exchange: You’ll have 30 days to exchange your item(s).
Processing Event: In Transit

Store Credit: You’ll have 30 days to return and receive store credit for your item(s).
Processing Event: In Transit

Refund: You’ll have 30 days to return and receive a refund for your item(s).
Processing Event: Delivered
