Shipping & Returns
We gladly accept returns for most full-priced items purchased online for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please keep in mind that all returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com.
Sale items, intimates (such as socks), gift cards, paper products (such as posters), and one-of-a-kind pieces (such as artwork) are final sale and cannot be returned. At this time, we do not accept returns on international purchases due to import taxes and tariffs.
Refunds will be processed 3–5 business days after your order has been marked as delivered to our warehouse. You have 30 days from purchase to return and receive a refund or store credit for your item(s).
We do not accept exchanges. Products sell out quickly, and the replacement item may no longer be available after the requested exchange is processed. Instead, we encourage you to initiate a return within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and placing a new order for the correct item on re-website.com.
