BIDDING

When you place a bid on an auction, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder, including payment for all shipping and packing costs, and all other applicable charges.

When you place a bid, that bid is final and cannot be removed without written consent from re—inc.

You are the winning bidder if your bid is the highest bid at the auction close.

PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will be contacted by re—inc within 24 hours to complete payment for the total purchase price of the piece, which may be higher than your winning bid. If you are the winning bidder and do not complete payment of the total purchase price within 48 hours of auction close, re—inc may cancel your bid and declare the next highest bidder the winner.

The “Total Purchase Price” includes: (i) the purchase price of the item which is set by the winning bid amount; (ii) any sales tax that re—inc is required to collect from the buyer under applicable law; (iii) any and all shipping and packing costs; and (iv) any and all other applicable charges.

NOTE: Lit is being shipped from the US. If the piece is being shipped internationally, the buyer may also be responsible for payment of VAT, duties, or other taxes required by their country.

SHIPPING

The winning bidder is responsible for paying all shipping and handling fees.

re—inc will organize packing and shipping of the art piece to your address by professional art handlers. A re—inc representative will reach out to the winning bidder to coordinate shipping and payment of shipping fees after auction close.
