How do I know that my order has been shipped?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours excluding U.S. holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your product shows as shipped, the tracking link will have the most updated information. re—inc is not responsible for delays or issues once product leaves our warehouse.
What are my shipping options?
We currently offer one option for domestic U.S. customers (Standard 3-5 business days) and one option for international customers.
Expedited (2 business days) domestic U.S. shipping is temporarily suspended due to ongoing operational impacts with our carrier (January 2022).
We are currently offering free standard, domestic shipping for all orders over $150.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer standard international shipping on all orders, for the following countries, the duty/tax is included in the shipment cost, and will be visible to you at checkout.
These countries are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
For countries not serviced by DHL International Direct, checkout will display a flat fee of $20 and the shipment will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) - there may be additional fees that you are responsible for.
At this time, DHL has suspended inbound services to Belarus, Russia and Ukraine. (September 2022)
Final sale
