Last Modified: November 12, 2025

Welcome to RE:imagine, Incorporated.

Our Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected and used when you visit our website (the “Site”) and other websites that we operate (collectively, “our Services”).

In this policy, words like “we,” “us” and “our” refer to RE:Imagine, Incorporated (“RE”), a Delaware corporation, and words like “you” and “your” refer to individuals whose personal information we collect.  “Personal Information” refers to information that could be used to identify a specific individual, such as a name, email address, or telephone number and also to information about people who have been specifically identified.  The “Site” refers to the re-website.com, the “Store” refers to the portion of the Site where you can buy various products, and the “Community” refers to the RE—Space Community available through the Site.

This policy does not, however, describe our practices with regard to our personnel or personnel of companies with which we do business.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect our current practices.  When we do so, we will update the date shown above.

Personal Information We Collect and What We Do with That Information

We collect Personal Information in several ways:

We collect your name and email address directly from you when you subscribe to any of our email newsletters through our Site.  We use this information to send you the newsletter and, if you choose to unsubscribe, to stop your subscription.

We also collect your name, email address, and shipping address when you make a purchase through the Store.  We may also link this with your puråchase history.  This information is used to fulfill your order and to address your customer service inquiries. When you make a purchase through the Store, you might ask to be provided with news and offers and, if you do so, we will use your email address to send you occasional news items and offers.

We collect your name, email address, and billing information directly from you when you join the Community.  After you have joined, you may choose to provide more information about yourself as part of your interactions with other members of the Community.  We use this information to provide the Community and its features.  In particular, information may be provided to other members of the Community through interactive features of the Community by sending messages to other members, filling out forms, commenting on a blog post, publishing statements, entering contests or promotions, or otherwise participating in the community.  We also use your information to respond to customer support requests and to monitor activity in the Community.  See also the RE-space Privacy Policy.

We collect Personal Information from you when you communicate with us via email, and may use this information to respond to your request.

We collect technical information about you and your computer or device when you visit the Site.  We use this information to provide the Site to you, to debug and improve the Site, and to learn more about the visitors to the Site.  More information about how we use technical information is in the “Technical Information” section, below.

Providing Your Information to Third Parties

We use a variety of service providers to provide the Site, the Store, and the Community to you.  When we do, we enter into agreements with them that require them to protect your Personal Information.  Some of those service providers have their own privacy policies which govern how they use your Personal Information.

We use a service called Shopify to process orders for our Store and Stripe to process payments for the Community.  Shopify and Stripe may collect payment information from you, but do not provide that payment information to us.  You can learn more about Shopify’s and Stripe’s use of your payment information and other Personal Information here:  https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers and https://stripe.com/privacy

We use the Circle Community Platform to provide the Community.  Circle is governed by its own privacy policy which is available here: https://circle.so/privacy.  Personal Information that you provide through the Community will be available to other members of the Community, and we cannot control what they do with that information, so you should be careful about what you share.

We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties or provide it to third parties so they can target advertising to you based on what you do across multiple websites.

Use of the Site by Children

We do not believe that the Site will be interesting to children under the age of 16.  If you believe that we have received Personal Information about children under 16 years old, please use the information below to contact us so we can remove their information from our records.

Technical Information

When you visit the Site, we obtain the “IP Address” of the computer or device that you use to visit.  The “IP Address” is a set of numbers that is assigned to that device by the company or other entity which provides you with internet service and might change from time to time.  The IP Address can provide a rough location of your device, and we use that rough location to understand where visitors to our Site are located.

We also use various technologies and may store small pieces of data in your web browser in order to track your progress through the Site and to remember who you are when you return to the Site.  You may have heard of these referred to as “Cookies” or “Tracking Pixels” and we use them to help ensure that the Site works correctly.

We use “analytics” to provide us with information about visitors to our site, the types of computers and devices that they use along with the hardware and software configurations of those computers and devices, and also how they arrived at our website.  This information helps us to understand how visitors use the Site and helps us ensure that the Site works properly.

We also use technical information to track the various pages that you visit in our Site, track your mouse movements and other browsing behavior as well as how you move from page to page.  This allows us to organize the Site in a way that is helpful to visitors, correct bugs in the website, and determine how to improve the website.

Disclosures to Law Enforcement

We want to ensure that the Community is a welcoming place for all of its members.  On rare occasions, we may be so concerned by activity we see in the Community that we will contact the police or other law enforcement agencies to report it.  In addition, we may provide Personal Information to those agencies in connection with a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, either with or without a warrant.

Business Transactions

We may provide Personal Information in connection with, or during the negotiations, of a merger, sale of our assets, financing or sale of all, or a portion of, our business.   If we merge or are acquired by another company, the acquiring company’s privacy policies may differ from those described in this Privacy Policy.

Do Not Track

Various web browsers allow users to set a “do not track” signal for websites they visit.  There is no accepted standard on how to respond to these signals, and we do not respond to them.
