“Multitudes” is athlete, artist, and entrepreneur Tobin Heath’s eleventh piece of art for RE—INC.

Tobin created “Multitudes” to express the beauty, strength, and vulnerability of the RE—INC community as we celebrate Pride. After reading a Member’s reflection about their own identity struggles, Tobin sprang into action. Working between grueling physical therapy sessions and the demands of RE—INC, Tobin found reprieve in putting paint to canvas.

The reimagined rainbow pallet was a calming force as Tobin worked to express the layers and spaces that make up her humanity. Using her signature technique, Tobin found an elegance and simplicity in “Multitudes” that moved her. “When I look at my painting, I see the infinite possibilities of beauty and people. And this piece of art is a celebration and acceptance of people in their fullness.”
