Waist
Measure around the top of the pants, starting from one side of the waistband to the other and back to your starting point.
Inseam
Measure the length of the pant leg, starting from the crotch seam down to the bottom of the pant leg.

Popsicle, Source, and Gamer are consistent and true to size, but the fit will be different. Source and Gamer are designed to have a more relaxed fit.
